The study cites lagging education as a major cause of women's disadvantage, and asserts "barriers to their economic equality remain embedded in the state's social and economic fabric."

If you are a woman or a minority, or better yet, a minority woman, with an education, this is your golden age.
An educated, female minority is untouchable in business today and they get paid more than their white, male counterparts.

The poorest of the poor in this country have it better then the middle class in alot of countries.
