In any case, a daily teaspoon of cod liver oil, alongside with cheese and yogurt, are good remedies not only against breast cancer...

The matter is that in order to get an equivalent of 1 teaspoon of cod liver oil, you need to eat 10 capsules! Actually, the taste is not that bad, if to add a pinch of salt (reminds of the taste of black caviar). And - if you don't like caviar :) - there is cod liver oil now available with mint or lemon flavor (look in health food shops).
