Grains and especially soy are newfangled foods, which are actually antagonistic to human metabolism. Humans evolved on red meats. In the regions with the longest lifespan (e.g. the Caucasian mountains)people live exclusively on RED MEATS and cultured daily products. It's a big bull and propaganda that red meats are bad for us (corporations cannot make enormous profits on fresh meat, but they do on soy, grains, vegetable oils, sugar, and endless processed foods containing them). Oh, God, ladies, DO NOT EAT SOY in any form. All that is bull! Eat red meats, butter, and stop using vegetable oils and grains, if you want to be healthy.
